Synergy Product Focus Group

At Schoolwires, focus groups are an important part of research and development.  Focus groups are comprised of current clients and Schoolwires staff members who participate in discussions and provide feedback regarding the existing product. For Synergy releases, weekly meetings engage participants in ongoing dialogue and help review and prioritize product requirements and feature enhancements. Armed with homework, the group returns the following week with specific feedback. Once these requirements and priorities have been established, the focus group moves through the process that includes positioning to market audience and suggested packaging and product name. They participate in beta testing and provide feedback prior to release to the public. Focus group members contribute significantly to the development of Schoolwires solutions.
